Mobility classes and nutrition consultations are educational and supportive guidance. They are not medical care. Debora does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication or provide medical treatment. If something requires medical assessment, you will be encouraged to see a doctor.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share and for stopping any movement that causes pain. If you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant, please consult your physician before starting.

Bookings are confirmed via e-mail after you request a time. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are payable as agreed in your confirmation.

Cancellation and rescheduling are covered by the cancellation policy page.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Estonian law. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
