Move

Mobility, not a performance.

Yoga-inspired mobility, stretching and movement education — calm, inclusive and evidence-informed. This is the easiest place to start.

What mobility means here

Not the splits. Not a photogenic pose. Mobility here means feeling more relaxed, more connected to your body, and less tense at the end of a working week. It means moving through your day with more confidence and less bracing.

  • You don't need to be flexible.
  • You don't need previous experience.
  • You don't need to be fit.
  • You simply need to start where you are.
