Enquiries and bookings: your name, email, optional phone number, the service you are interested in and anything you choose to write in the message field.

Client records: session notes and the information you share during consultations, limited to what is needed to support you.

Testimonials: the words you submit, the display name you choose and your consent record.

Please share only what is relevant to the guidance you are asking for. Nutrition and movement guidance here is educational and not medical treatment or diagnosis. Any sensitive information you share is stored only where necessary and is never published.

To respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver sessions, keep required business records, and — only with your explicit consent — publish a testimonial.

Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the business (for example hosting, email delivery, scheduling and, when enabled, payment processing). No data is sold or used for advertising profiling.

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted once they are no longer relevant. Client and financial records are kept as long as Estonian law requires. Testimonials are kept until consent is withdrawn.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you may withdraw consent — including testimonial consent — at any time by writing to debora.aguirrenutri@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
